Before all of this started, guess how much I weighed? 220 lbs! That’s exactly 100 kg. I was facing a number of problems and kept on receiving indirect ’smart alec’ remarks from friends and family regarding my growing stomach.

If you are in the position I was, you know just how bad that makes you feel. Anyhow, I started my search for the best diet or weight loss program on the Internet. I got hold of a number of ebooks and read them from cover to cover.

But you should know one things about me. I hate diet and exercise. I love to take the easy route and I love my food so you can imagine what I thought of most of the products I read.

Sometimes, I became motivated and I started the recommended program but the problem with me was, it never kept my attention or motivation.

Each and every product I tried, eventually died down and I had nothing to show for it. Everything I tried did not work and I only got more and more frustrated.

Nevertheless, I kept on searching. Eventually, I came across a recommendation of one particular ebook which would especially help me to lose weight in my abdominal area.

Since abdominal fat weight loss was my ultimate goal, I bought the book and read it cover to cover like I did with the other books I bought.

This may come as a surprise to you, but the book seemed just like all the others but when I paid attention, I discovered that it broke things down into simple steps. This gave me the impetus I needed to get started with the system.

I started to follow the system every day and the best part about it was, it was very doable unlike some of the others.

Furthermore, the system I followed was a joy to do because when I weighed myself every morning, I was be happy to see a loss of approximately 2 lbs.
Yep, this happened every day like clockwork, and it kept me motivated to carry on (even though this system required little motivation). However, I did hit a few plateaus every now and then.

The program was not completely hands off as I did have to do things a certain way, but the beauty of it was that it worked and worked extremely well. It kept me inspired to continue with the system which is something I also needed to continue.

But there was a problem…

I lost so much weight, that now, the same people who complained to me about my weight, now started to tell me that I looked “gaunt”. Can you believe that? Some people are never happy.

I think the reason they said that was because they had never seen me skinny and seeing me away from the norm, made them believe that I was not just flesh and bones.

Anyhow, I purposely put some weight back on just so I wouldn’t look “gaunt”. if you’re thinking of following this system, don’t go all the way, otherwise you’ll probably get the same type of remarks.

Follow the system to the letter but don’t do it every day. It will help you avoid losing toooooo much weight.

Anyway, after my abdominal weight loss, I had to buy a new wardrobe. I bought trousers, jackets which were much too small for me before and they really made me look good (even if I do say so myself). My partner also loved the new me with my new wardrobe.
